iDig Touch 2D
Introducing the iDig Touch 2D. The machine guidance system designed and built from direct feedback from machine users worldwide, and it shows! The iDig range is the most cost-effective machine control on the market. The Touch 2D system features wireless solar powered tilt sensors that are easily interchangeable between machines, just snap on the sensors, control box and LED bar graph, select the machine and you’re up and working within +/- of your desired dig depth in minutes.
With the iDig Touch 2D system you can select a point with your bucket and manage desired distances, depths and slopes, allowing operators of all skill levels to produce accurate finished surfaces, ideal for simple surfaces like roads, trenches and batters. The system is compatible on dual grade, using the in-cab body sensor for its orientation.
Additional options include a large laser catcher to get laser level readings, and if the excavator has a blade an additional sensor can be fitted to provide blade grade guidance information.
Installs to additional machines can be carried out for as little as £350+vat for a set of sensor plates for a standard machine. The machine can then be calibrated and the system including screen cradle and LED bar mount can be moved between machines. For users looking for an even easier way of transferring between machines, a full install kit including plates, cradle and in cab cables is available for £750+vat
The system is compatible with the following Tilt Rotators: Engcon EPS, Steelwrist XConnect & XBridge and Rototilt RPS. Depending on the model of rotator, the iDig system may require an additional tilt sensor for the tilt. The rotation information is provided by the rotators rotation sensor if fitted.
The iDig Touch comes with a 1 year iDig warranty and a 1 year Sealand warranty
