Radiodetection GCAT4+
The Radiodetection GCAT4+ is the most advanced from their CAT4 range. It has all the features of the CAT4 and the CAT4+ but with added features such as: swing warning which will warn the user of incorrect techniques, built in data logging and GPS which can be used to generate a usage and location report. The Bluetooth feature allows you to connect to android and iOS devices and finally the Radiodetection GCAT4+ has a service due indicator and Calsafe helping to prevent usage of equipment outside its calibration date.
As with the other CAT4 models the GCAT4+ is network rail approved. It has a depth function allowing you to determine the depth of a cable, signal overload warning and dynamic overload protection.
The Radiodetection GCAT4+ displays the signal strength via the lit LCD screen or via audio with the removable speaker.
