Trimble’s latest version of Grade Control has been reengineered from the ground up with state-of-the-art software and hardware. Trimble Earthworks allows you to perform bulk earthworks and grading faster and more accurately than ever before.

Trimble Earthworks is available in both 2D and 3D and is compatible with Excavators, Bulldozers, Graders, Compact Graders, Wheeled Loaders and Compaction rollers.

Data files can be easily and wirelessly transferred as standard on Earthworks Machines to and from the office via Works Manager, allowing for real-time productivity updates across all connected Trimble equipment without having to leave the office.

Trimble Earthworks can be retrofitted to nearly any machine, allowing operators of all skill levels to work faster and more productively than ever. Earthworks excavators can also be retrofitted to allow the machine to operate in automatic mode with the addition of a Valve module. Most modern Dozers are now supplied with a CAN connection, allowing for retro fit systems to communicate with the machines valve block, eliminating the need for a retro fit valve block.

Trimble Earthworks is available in single or dual GNSS configurations as well as being laser and UTS (Universal Total Station) ready.

Dozer installs are available as masted with single or dual mast, or mast-less with the receivers on the cab and sensors installed on the body, arm and machine blade.

Remote Support

Remote view for operator support is available through Teamviewer. System access for trouble shooting is available through Works Manager.

Sites, data and surfaces are managed through Works Manager which is sold on a license basis with licenses for desktop users and connected machines. Data can be transferred to and from the machine to monitor progress and quality control.
