Topcon RDS Loadex 100 Weighing System
Suitable for: Excavators
The Loadex 100 weighing system, also known as LX-100, is a cost-effective weighing system designed specifically for Excavators. Sensors are fitted to the ram of the machine, continuously measuring hydraulic pressure to calculate the weight of material in the bucket.
This information is then displayed on a 7” colour touchscreen control box allowing for the operator to see how much weight is in the bucket, and how much is remaining to the load target, ensuring accurate loads first time, every time.
Up to 10 buckets/attachments can be calibrated allowing for flexibility using the same machine in different situations, and as always there is an option for an in-cab printer to provide haulage truck drivers with a receipt if necessary, or to simply keep as a record.
With 4G, Wi-Fi and radio connectivity, the LX-100 system can send and receive information to and from the office via Sitelink3D, enabling real-time reporting, monitoring and troubleshooting.

The Loadex 100 is supplied with a 2 year warranty.
Topcon Sitelink online data transfer and remote access platform
Sitelink is Topcon’s online, cloud based data management and remote access platform.
To access Sitelink, users must first create a free MyTopcon account at www.topconpositioning.com.
Topcon machine control systems are supplied with a Topcon data sim. Once activated, these sim cards allow for network connection and can be paired to Sitelink for remote access and file transfer (for more info on this contact us) Sitelink connectivity is currently run on a points basis. Points can be purchased from your local dealer and activated on My Topcon. Once Sitelink points have been activated, the Sitelink App will be accessible, and a unique support desk connection number provided.
Once your account is set up, data can be synchronised from your Loadex 100 to the Sitelink platform. Reports can be extracted at set intervals to monitor progress.
